Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Account Executives to manage multi-stakeholder deal cycles and address diverse business challenges.
- Lead the discovery process by identifying customer pain points and aligning solutions with their business objectives.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations that highlight Slack’s differentiated story.
- Develop Slack-based solutions that deliver significant business impact and value to customers.
- Ensure customers are informed about Slack’s industry-leading security measures.
- Assist customers throughout the evaluation process to ensure our solutions meet their business and technical requirements.
- Serve as a liaison between Product, Marketing, and Sales, providing customer feedback to help shape the product roadmap.
Requirements:
- Recommended 2+ years of experience in sales engineering or solution consulting within a SaaS organization, particularly with a focus on Enterprise customers.
- Experience positioning Slack for software engineering teams and at least one other line of business or industry.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to deliver engaging presentations and product demonstrations.
- A consultative approach to solving customer challenges and a proven track record of overcoming technical and security objections.
- Familiarity with the enterprise SaaS ecosystem and an ability to thrive in a rapidly evolving market.
