Key Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of skilled IFRS technical accounting advisory specialists on high-profile projects.
- Work with prestigious clients to structure upcoming transactions, providing critical IFRS accounting advice.
- Collaborate with professional advisors and clients' in-house transaction experts.
- Coach and develop team members, promoting their journey in providing IFRS technical accounting advice and client handling skills.
Skills and Attributes for Success:
- Proactive, accountable, and results-driven mindset.
- Strong communication and resource management skills.
- Expertise in IFRS accounting advisory with at least 8 years of experience (including 3 years at a Senior Manager level) in a big 4 public accounting firm.
- CA/CPA/ACCA certification is required.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, alongside the ability to analyze and research emerging accounting issues.
- Effective managerial and organizational skills, with a commitment to teamwork and leadership.
