Position

The SME - Infrastructure Security role involves designing and developing secure network solutions. The successful candidate will lead the planning, design, and validation of enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and MPLS-based network infrastructures, with a strong emphasis on security. Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE
Experience: 1 - 10 Years
Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Language Requirements: English & Arabic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and Develop Secure Network Solutions:
    • Lead the planning, design, and validation of enterprise network infrastructures with a strong focus on security.
  • Technical Documentation and Solution Architecture:
    • Prepare and deliver high-level and low-level design documents (HLD/LLD), migration plans, and methods of procedures (MOPs).
    • Develop technical responses for RFPs/RFQs in collaboration with sales and project teams.
  • Customer and Vendor Engagement:
    • Participate in pre- and post-sales technical discussions.
    • Attend customer meetings, finalize solutions, and engage with OEMs/vendors for solution validation and integration.
  • Implementation and Operational Support:
    • Guide L1 and L2 teams during implementation phases.
    • Provide training, technical documentation, and support for complex troubleshooting or legacy-to-modern technology migrations.
  • Continuous Improvement and Security Governance:
    • Review and redesign network solutions based on evolving customer needs, security risks, and compliance requirements.
    • Ensure documentation of all routine tasks, incidents, and resolutions.

This position is offered as a full-time on-site role.
