Key Responsibilities:

Monitor SMS gateway performance, message queues, and delivery reports.
Troubleshoot failures related to message routing, operator connectivity, and API integrations.
Coordinate with telecom operators and internal teams to resolve service disruptions.
Perform root-cause analysis for delivery failures and latency issues.
Execute routine health checks, log analysis, and report generation.
Support deployment activities, configuration updates, and system patches.
Ensure 24/7 availability through on-call rotation.
