SMS Gateway Support

About the Job: Responsible for monitoring, maintaining, and supporting the SMS Gateway platform to ensure seamless delivery of transactional and promotional messages across all integrated systems. Key Responsibilities: - Monitor SMS gateway performance, message queues, and delivery reports. - Troubleshoot failures related to message routing, operator connectivity, and API integrations. - Coordinate with telecom operators and internal teams to resolve service disruptions. - Perform root-cause analysis for delivery failures and latency issues. - Execute routine health checks, log analysis, and report generation. - Support deployment activities, configuration updates, and system patches. - Ensure 24/7 availability through on-call rotation.
