Responsibilities
- Oversee and optimize operational projects delivery from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate between different departments to ensure smooth workflow and project execution.
- Track and effectively report project timelines, deliverables, risks, and operational KPIs.
- Develop and improve operational processes, policies, and workflows.
- Ensure operational efficiency and continuous process optimization.
- Prepare operational reports, dashboards, and status updates for management.
- Collaborate with management on strategic operational planning and execution.
- Support resource planning and task allocation across teams.
- Identify operational bottlenecks and propose practical solutions.
- Monitor project budgets, operational costs, and resource utilization.
- Ensure alignment between operational execution and business objectives.
- Handle stakeholder communication and maintain strong coordination with internal and external parties.
- Support crisis management and operational escalations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or related field.
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience in Operations, Project Management, or similar roles.
- Strong understanding of operational workflows and project lifecycle management.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Monday.com, or similar.
- Strong reporting and analytical skills.
- PMP certification is a plus.
- Experience working in regional/multi-country operations is a plus.
- Arabic Speaker.
