Position

The company is looking for talented and enthusiastic individuals to join as SOC Lead within our Managed Security Services (MSS) Unit. As a SOC Lead, you will be deployed at customer sites across the UAE as part of MSS projects, working alongside customer governance and operations teams and other the company MSS teams. If you have 6-8 years of experience in cybersecurity, possess strong technical skills as an individual contributor, and have a deep interest in security analysis, threat hunting, incident response, and CyOps, you may find your next opportunity at the company.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze SOC service performance, industry threats, advisories, and general developments continuously.
  • Provide advice for automating and enhancing SOC operations and general cybersecurity improvements.
  • Support the offsite SOC in contextualizing alerts.
  • Assist L2 SOC Analysts and Cyber Threat Intelligence Analysts.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 8 years of work experience in a cybersecurity discipline.
  • Native Arabic speaker is a must.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a closely related discipline.
  • Hands-on experience with security technologies such as SIEM (Splunk), EDR (McAfee, MS Defender, PA XDR), Cloud app security (Azure, Sentinel, AIP), Cyber Threat Intelligence, Firewalls, and endpoint security products (Palo Alto, Fortigate, Forcepoint), PAM (CyberArk).
  • Experience in developing playbooks/use cases.
  • Knowledge or experience in security operations, intrusion detection, incident analysis, incident handling, log analysis, or firewall administration.
  • Active interest in cybersecurity, cyber threat detection, intelligence, incident response, and knowledge of TCP/IP, networking, and IT security best practices.
  • Familiarity with the Cyber Kill Chain and MITRE ATT&CK frameworks.
  • One or more of the following certifications (not limited to): CISSP/CISM/CISA/CCSP, GCIA/GCIH/GSOC, CEH/OSCP/OSCE.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent organization, verbal, and written communication skills.
  • Ability to speak and write in both English and Arabic is required.
