What We’re Looking For
We seek someone who is passionate about operational excellence and has an innate ability to keep things running smoothly. You have a talent for spotting mistakes, managing multiple content calendars, and derive satisfaction from organizing clean, detailed reports. We need a sharp operator capable of taking compelling content and ensuring it is properly formatted, scheduled, optimized, and tracked.
Key Responsibilities
- Social: Manage up to three brand accounts across Instagram, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, and YouTube. You'll prepare every asset, schedule posts based on optimal timing across time zones, manage paid boosts, and address important comments or messages.
- Website: Maintain our CMS, ensuring links are functioning and job postings are updated. You'll enhance SEO (including visibility in AI tools like ChatGPT and Perplexity), link web analytics to social platforms, and conduct quarterly audits.
- Coordination: Oversee content calendars and deadlines, liaise with agencies and vendors globally for merchandise and giveaways, and keep our OneDrive and Notion organized.
- Reporting: Convert analytical data into monthly reports with clear recommendations on timing, formats, and audience engagement strategies.
What Makes This Role Different
You'll work closely with the team building the products you're promoting. With robots tested on-site, your next piece of content could be literally walking around the office. There are no clock-ins or timesheets; we focus on results. Your monthly insights will directly influence the decisions of the CMO and design team.
Skills Required
- 3 to 5 years in digital marketing or social media operations.
- Hands-on experience managing brand accounts on major social platforms.
- Strong understanding of social tools, algorithms, and ad systems.
- Experience using a scheduling tool (such as Later, Hootsuite, Buffer, or similar).
- Good understanding of SEO, analytics, and CMS management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail across multiple timelines.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Familiarity with OneDrive, Notion, or similar platforms, along with basic design tools like Canva or Adobe Express.
Bonus Points
- Knowledge of Google Analytics, Search Console, or Meta Business Suite.
- Experience collaborating with international vendors or agencies.
- Basic HTML knowledge or web troubleshooting skills.
- A curiosity about AI tools and their impact on search and social visibility.

This role is suited for hands-on doers who thrive on the operational side of marketing. If you prefer developing creative strategies without engaging in the execution, this may not be the right fit. The role is not aligned with those seeking fully remote work, a strict 9-to-5 schedule, or requiring comprehensive processes to be established beforehand.
