What you'll do

Social media strategy & execution
- Support on social media strategy, management, and optimization across the company’s UAE channels.
- Collaborate with vertical and marketing teams to execute content calendars, organic social content, and campaign activations.
- Partner with the paid media team to align earned and owned activities across the funnel.
- Drive social buzz around launches, key campaigns, and cultural moments.
- Collaborate with social teams to share insights, best practices, and creative learnings.
- Keep a close eye on emerging trends, platforms, and formats that can elevate the company’s brand presence.
- Monitor and report on performance, identifying opportunities to optimize and communicate wins across teams.

Influencer Marketing
- Lead day-to-day influencer campaign management, from briefing to contracting, execution, and reporting.
- Support with influencer strategies that align with the company’s brand tone, values, and campaign objectives.
- Build and maintain an influencer and creator database for UAE, ensuring diverse representation across the UAE.
- Vet, negotiate, and onboard influencers in coordination with legal and procurement teams.
- Track influencer performance through campaign reporting and data insights.
- Attend influencer shoots, events, and activations to ensure smooth execution and creative alignment.
- Act as a relationship builder with the creator community, staying connected to upcoming talent and trends.
What you'll need
- 2–3 years of experience in social media marketing and influencer campaign management, ideally with an agency.
- Strong understanding of UAE’s social media and influencer landscape, including top creators, agencies, and content trends.
- Deep knowledge of platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, X, Snapchat, and emerging channels.
- Strong creative instincts and the ability to craft stories that connect with local audiences.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Arabic. Arabic is a must.
- Strong project management and stakeholder coordination skills.
