Key Responsibilities
- Craft scroll-stopping, platform-native content for X, Telegram, and beyond to maximize impact and reach for the company.
- Spot trends and reactive moments across CT/FinTwit and broader social, then rapidly craft timely, on-brand content.
- Actively engage with the company's audience by replying, quoting, polling, meming, and fostering meaningful conversation.
- Build and maintain an always-on content calendar: create posts, route for approvals, schedule, publish, and monitor performance.
- Translate product and ecosystem news into clear, compelling narratives.
- Track growth and performance through analytics and iterate based on insights and experiments.
- Partner with Legal/Comms to ensure compliant, accurate, and aligned messaging across regions and platforms.
What You’ll Bring
- A portfolio showcasing posts you’ve created that broke through, whether on a brand account or your own, demonstrating your work over traditional experience.
- 3+ years in social or content, ideally in fintech, crypto, or trading. Exceptional portfolios take precedence over traditional résumés.
- Ability to work quickly and effectively under pressure, as markets move fast.
- High competency in AI tools that enhance your impact and help meet fast-paced demands.
- Versatility in content creation, including copy, memes, short-form video, charts, and threads, without needing a lengthy design queue.
- A refined sense of taste, understanding when not to post is as valuable as knowing when to post.
- Strong writing, editing, and communication skills.
- Creative and detail-oriented, capable of producing visually appealing content, whether briefing a design team, using Figma, or being resourceful with CapCut.
