The Social Media Manager oversees the development and execution of social media strategy across various firm-owned social media channels. This role is responsible for content development across platforms, advising personnel on ways to expand online networks and grow engagement while tracking and measuring performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with department leaders to develop and implement social media strategies that align with business goals.
- Partner with marketing and business development colleagues to shape and implement integrated campaigns.
- Define social channel strategies, audience priorities, and content pillars, including usage of employee advocacy tools.
- Maintain firmwide social media policies, editorial standards, asset libraries (templates, images, etc.), and individual best practices.
- Own and manage requisite editorial calendars and content roadmaps.
- Advise firm lawyers on personal LinkedIn usage, offering profile optimization and content strategies to enhance social media participation.
- Monitor broader social conversations, news developments, and issues impacting the firm and clients to preemptively address potential issues or opportunities.
- Define and measure KPIs to enable performance tracking across channels and deliver insights and recommendations to enhance social media efforts.
- Scope and deploy paid social campaigns, including targeting, testing, and budgeting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of social media experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Deep familiarity with social media channels and trends, with particular emphasis on LinkedIn.
- A proactive disposition to engage with firm stakeholders across titles, practices, and locations.
- Strong project management skills, keen judgment, and a meticulous eye for detail.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to sit and stand for extended periods.
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
Compensation
The expected salary range for this position is $120,000-$150,000. Final compensation will be determined based on several factors, including relevant experience, qualifications, skillset, and geographic location.
