Responsibilities:
- Support management and operations across global social channels, creating, scheduling, and publishing content according to the content strategy.
- Lead the growth of video channels like Instagram and TikTok through daily management, optimization, engagement, trend spotting, moderation, and community initiatives.
- Utilize strong knowledge of video-first social platforms, especially TikTok and Instagram, including short-form video formats, audience behaviors, and best practices to drive reach and engagement.
- Support leadership profiles' growth through channel strategy, content development, daily management, and ongoing optimization.
- Identify emerging social media trends and translate them into relevant and engaging content ideas.
- Develop creative ideas that turn social trends into impactful brand moments.
- Coordinate with agencies and external partners to ensure content deliverables meet timelines, quality standards, and brand goals.
- Assist in executing integrated marketing campaigns, product launches, and community activations.
- Provide recommendations for social media optimizations for marketing initiatives, including global events and new product launches.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align content schedules and maintain consistent messaging.
- Stay updated on emerging AI tools and content creation techniques to improve social media engagement and creative quality.
- Monitor social sentiment and emerging issues, supporting crisis communication plans led by senior team members.
- Analyze and report on social media performance weekly and monthly, using analytics tools to identify improvement opportunities.
- Contribute to team processes, training, and playbooks, identifying opportunities to enhance workflows and social media practices.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- 6+ years of digital marketing experience in social media or brand marketing roles.
- Proven ability to grow social media accounts and execute effective campaigns.
- Good understanding of the crypto market, with a keen interest in current trends and familiarity with the product suite.
- Strong knowledge of content creation and social media channels, focusing on X, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Experience working with external agencies or partners on marketing campaigns is advantageous.
- Familiarity with AI-powered content creation tools and capability to produce static visuals, GIFs, memes, and short-form videos.
- Comfortable using analytics and reporting tools; detail-oriented and able to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
