The Partnerships Development team is responsible for seeking and exploring new opportunities with the company's partners. Equipped with your business acumen and extensive product knowledge, you are right on the front line of interacting with our partners and helping them find ways to grow using the company's newest product offerings. Your knowledge of relevant verticals and relationships with key industry players will help shape our great applications and content for products such as YouTube, the company's TV, and Commerce.

The Education Go-to-Market (GTM) team brings the company's portfolio of devices (Chromebooks), cloud services (Workspace for Education), and AI tools (Gemini) to K-12 and Higher Education institutions. We help educational systems modernize their environments and improve learning outcomes.

As a Strategic Partner Manager, you will oversee key strategic partners across complex territories. You will act as a trusted adviser to executive leadership, develop executive joint business plans, support intricate agreements and campaigns, while ensuring the alignment of strategic imperatives between the company and our partners. Ultimately, you will drive business and product adoption by collaborating with stakeholders across multiple functions at both the partner organization and the company. The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with the company's partners. The company’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of the company to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports the company's own Product teams with essential partnerships to help the company's user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments, and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies, and incubate business growth for a variety of products.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive partner-led strategies to expand product adoption, accelerate the company's Workspace and Gemini channel perception, and consistently exceed revenue goals.
  • Cultivate trusted C-level partner relationships, establishing multi-year joint business plans to build partner capacity and secure long-term preference for the company.
  • Orchestrate complex co-selling motions and strategic ecosystem initiatives, managing critical partner milestones across the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region.
  • Unite various cross-functional teams and external partners behind shared strategic goals to strengthen the broader regional the company for Education ecosystem.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 7 years of experience in business development, partnerships, management consulting, technology sales, enterprise software sales, or a related field.
  • Experience managing agreements and relationships with C-level partner stakeholders covering the education or public sector.
  • Experience in the Consumer Electronics, Auto, OEMs, Telecom, E-Commerce/Retail, Apps, Ads, Gaming, or Technology industries.
  • Experience working with C-level executives and cross-functionally across all levels of management.
  • Ability to communicate in English and Arabic fluently to collaborate with international and local stakeholders.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree or other advanced degree.
  • Experience selling transformative technologies (AI, machine learning) or cloud platforms.
  • Deep understanding of the Higher Education or K-12 sector, including procurement cycles and policy challenges.
  • Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects independently.
  • Strong strategic thinking and negotiation skills.
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills.
