Software Application Development Manager

This role involves assisting in managing a team responsible for package software application development. You will support project execution and resource allocation, collaborate with senior management on departmental objectives, and contribute to the timely delivery of software solutions. Furthermore, you will provide technical assistance to team members, participate in code reviews while maintaining coding standards, and coordinate communication within the team and with other departments. Your responsibilities also include helping to identify and resolve project challenges.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 6+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 2+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively within a team
• Technical knowledge in package applications
• Strong communication and leadership skills

Other Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a relevant field is a plus
• Relevant cloud certifications (e.g., PMP, CTO, or MBA) or advanced training is a plus
