The role of Software Architect requires a highly skilled Technical Architect with real-world architecture experience, who excels at working collaboratively with engineers, designers, and stakeholders. You will need a deep technical understanding across our stack, spanning apps, SDKs, SaaS platforms, and distributed systems. The ideal candidate can translate that knowledge into scalable and maintainable architectures that align with our design principles and long-term vision.
Responsibilities:
- Design robust and scalable architectures for various systems (apps, SDKs, SaaS platforms, etc.).
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into practical architectures.
- Write and review technical proposals ensuring alignment with architecture principles.
- Contribute to development through code reviews, building PoCs, and defining technical standards.
- Analyze and document existing architectures using open standards like the C4 model.
- Mentor and enable engineering teams in system design and documentation best practices.
- Stay updated on new tools, frameworks, and identify improvement opportunities.
Qualifications:
- 10+ years of experience in software development.
- 3+ years in a Technical Architect or similar leadership role.
- Strong hands-on experience with JavaScript/TypeScript and/or C++.
- Proven ability to analyze and document complex systems.
- Understanding of architectural principles, design patterns, and modern system paradigms.
- Experience with containerization, orchestration, CI/CD automation, and databases (SQL/NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to simplify complexity.
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
Language Requirement:
- Excellent English communication skills are necessary for this role.
