We are looking for a Software Architect Engineer to join our organization. In this role, you will be pivotal in maintaining and enhancing our customer screening modules. You will closely collaborate with various teams to coordinate onboarding activities, ensuring client satisfaction and the successful adoption of our products. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication and project management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Technical Leadership: Lead the design and development of complex, high-impact software systems, ensuring alignment with the company’s technical strategy and business goals.
- Architecture & Design: Architect and design robust, scalable, and efficient microservices-based systems, leveraging knowledge of Python, Go, or Java.
- Database Expertise: Utilize strong SQL and database management skills to design, optimize, and maintain relational databases, ensuring data integrity and performance.
- Mentorship: Coach and mentor engineers, fostering their technical growth and career development.
- Code Quality: Drive best practices in coding, design, and architecture across the engineering team. Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to industry standards.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, tech leads, senior engineers, and cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Innovation: Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies. Introduce new tools, frameworks, and methodologies to improve the development process.
- Project Management: Take ownership of project delivery, ensuring that deadlines are met while maintaining high-quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Experience: 6-10 years of professional software development experience, with a strong focus on backend technologies.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Python, Go, or Java; extensive experience with SQL and database design (including optimization and performance tuning); deep understanding of microservices architecture; familiarity with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP, OCI); experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices is a plus.
- Leadership Skills: At least 1 year of experience in a leadership or mentoring role, guiding engineers and leading technical initiatives.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, capable of articulating complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders; excellent problem-solving abilities; proactive, hands-on approach to technical challenges; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
