Software Asset Manager

We are seeking a Software Asset Manager with 7+ years of experience in Software Asset Management (SAM) or IT Asset Management (ITAM). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow SAM Pro and a strong understanding of software licensing and compliance management. Key responsibilities include:

• License Reconciliation
• Entitlement Management
• Effective License Position (ELP) Reporting
• Software Audits
• License Optimization
• Software Renewals

The candidate should also have knowledge of software lifecycle management processes and experience collaborating with Procurement, Finance, and Vendor Management teams. Strong analytical, reporting, and problem-solving skills, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities, are essential.

Preferred Certifications:

• ServiceNow CIS – Software Asset Management (CIS-SAM)
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow CIS – Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM)
• ITIL V4 Foundation
• Flexera IT Asset Management Certification
• Snow License Manager Certification
