Position

The company is seeking a Software Deployment Lead to manage in-country software development, deployment, fielding, and operational training for a major international C4I program in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). This role includes providing technical leadership, engaging with local Saudi engineers, and overseeing multiple customer sites within KSA.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Software Deployment: Oversee deployment, integration, and fielding activities, create and manage deployment plans, provide status updates, ensure meeting of performance and cybersecurity requirements, and lead technical troubleshooting efforts.

  • In-country Software Development: Guide development teams on architectural decisions and coordinate efforts with Saudi engineers to enhance local expertise while maintaining standards.

  • Operations Training & Workforce Development: Design training programs for operators and technical personnel, manage training materials and certification pathways, mentor local staff, and coordinate training logistics.

  • International Stakeholder Engagement: Act as a technical liaison, facilitate communication across cultural boundaries, and build relationships with senior officials to ensure seamless task execution.

Qualifications Required:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) with a minimum of 10+ years of prior engineering experience.
  • Experience leading software engineering teams and managing software lifecycle deployment activities.
  • Familiarity with system integration, cloud/on-prem architectures, and operational support.
  • Proven ability to resolve complex problems and collaborate with international teams.
  • U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, military standards, and secure system operations.
  • Experience working with Middle Eastern defense customers.
  • Familiarity with the Arabic language is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits:
The salary range for this role is $145,600 - $276,800 USD, depending on various factors. Benefits may include medical, dental, vision, and 401(k) matching, among others.

Work Conditions:
Hybrid, Full-time.

Additional Information:
Employment is contingent upon meeting medical requirements for overseas assignments, and this position is unaccompanied for a long-term international assignment with additional compensation.
