In this role, you will collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components. You will actively participate in design and code reviews to meet project requirements and deadlines, contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development, and assist in the development and documentation of software requirements and specifications. You will work closely with senior engineers to debug and resolve complex production issues while staying updated on emerging technologies and best practices, proposing innovative solutions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to mentor junior team members, take ownership of challenging technical tasks, and collaborate on architectural decisions.

Essential Job Functions:
- Collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions.
- Work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role.
- Proficiency in 1 or more software languages and development methodologies.
- Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components.
- Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks.
Other Qualifications
- Advanced degree in a related field is a plus.
- Relevant certifications or training is a plus.
