As a Software Developer, your responsibilities will include:
- Understanding business processes and contributing to solutions that help corporate users efficiently utilize Dynamics Finance & Operations.
- Familiarizing yourself with the architecture of D365 Finance & Operations.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement business requirements.
- Completing configurations and designing innovative solutions for D365 Finance & Operations applications.
- Developing and maintaining forms and reports, including Power BI and SSRS.
- Providing technical consulting and leadership in identifying and implementing new technologies.
- Troubleshooting and resolving Finance and Operations issues collaboratively.
- Engaging in both front-end and back-end web development.
Key Requirements
To thrive in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
- 5 to 6 years of experience in software development and reporting.
- The ability to balance self-driven tasks with collaborative efforts and adapt flexibly to team needs and project goals.
- Strong communication skills to convey ideas, listen actively, and build professional relationships.
- A client-focused mindset, delivering proactive solutions and building trust.
- The capability to inspire and guide team members while fostering a positive, high-performing environment.
- The skill to engage across functions, valuing diverse perspectives for collective success.
- Proficiency in delivering clear and engaging presentations and effectively communicating complex ideas.
Technical Skills
Your technical skills should include:
- Strong knowledge of X++, Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, SQL, Data Lake, Dataverse, C#/Python, CSS, JavaScript, and HTML.
- Experience with front-end technologies, including frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Familiarity with RESTful API design and development.
- Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git) is a plus.
Communication Skills
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English are essential, and proficiency in Arabic is advantageous.
