Scope of Position
We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Full-Stack Developer with strong front-end and back-end capabilities. The ideal candidate will act as the technical go-to for a small group of contributors, including developers and data engineers, within the Product Development team in the Digital Practice. You will be actively involved in shaping quality products and solutions while encouraging innovative ideas to help our clients elevate their business.
Responsibilities
- Operate as the technical point of contact for a small group of contributors across various client engagements, including developers and data engineers.
- Provide mentorship, conduct code reviews, and offer architectural direction to project teams.
- Manage delivery end-to-end from clarifying requirements to deployment across multiple concurrent engagements.
- Implement mature AI-assisted development practices as part of the delivery process.
- Work within Agile teams to fulfill the committed backlog and operate semi-autonomously on smaller engagements.
- Execute user stories in accordance with acceptance criteria and engage in the software development life cycle activities such as testing and documentation.
- Contribute to design and architecture decisions across both front-end and back-end systems.
- Promote collaboration and communication within the team and with stakeholders, elucidating open items, risks, and trade-offs.
- Stay current with technology developments and AI tooling advancements relevant to our initiatives.
- Collaborate effectively with shared code and maintain proper processes for documentation and version control.
Required Skills and Experience
- 6 years of development experience, with a proven ability in both front-end and back-end stacks.
- Demonstrated experience mentoring and serving as the technical reference for a small team.
- Proven proficiency in:
- C#/.NET (current LTS) and ASP.NET-based services
- Building APIs with GraphQL
- React (TypeScript)
- MongoDB, including hosted deployments on MongoDB Atlas
- Azure DevOps and GitHub
- Design patterns and clean architecture practices
- Recent experience with AI coding assistants (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code) as a core part of development workflows.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact with stakeholders globally.
- Experience with Agile and Kanban methodologies.
- Self-starter with excellent organizational skills, able to work with minimal supervision.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Familiarity with Microsoft Azure services relevant to our stack.
- Experience designing end-to-end solutions/products and collaborating with cross-discipline teams.
- Background in evaluating new frameworks and technologies.
- Knowledge of software quality assurance methodologies and technologies.
Considered an Asset
- Familiarity with Google Cloud services.
- Experience adapting development practices for AI-augmented environments.
- Insight into the diverse skillsets required in product development.
Office Location and Working Hours
- Location: Riyadh, Riyadh Region, Saudi Arabia
- Working hours: Sunday to Thursday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
