Software Engineer

We are seeking a skilled software engineer to join our team in Riyadh. In this role, you will collaborate with the software development team to design, code, and test software solutions, focusing on developing and maintaining critical components. You will actively participate in design and code reviews, work with senior team members to meet project requirements and deadlines, and contribute to troubleshooting and problem-solving in software development by diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues. Additionally, you'll help develop and document software requirements and specifications, debug complex production issues, and stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices by researching and proposing innovative solutions. Mentoring junior team members and taking ownership of challenging technical tasks while collaborating on architectural decisions will also be part of your responsibilities.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (i.e., Computer Science) or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Typically, 4+ years of relevant work experience in the industry, with a minimum of 1+ years in a similar role
• Proficiency in one or more software languages and development methodologies
• Proficiency in coding and debugging complex software components
• Familiarity with software development practices and methodologies
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities
• Eagerness to learn and adapt to challenging technical tasks

Other Qualifications:

• Advanced degree in a related field is a plus
• Relevant certifications or training are a plus.
