Key Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Ownership: Manage features from concept to launch, ensuring quality and performance throughout the process.
- Development & Experimentation: Engage in coding, prototyping, and live experimentation working with AI and NLP models.
- Performance Analysis: Analyze data on the performance of features, reliability, and user interactions.
- Collaboration: Work alongside domain experts, UX teams, and product managers to create technical solutions aligned with organizational needs.
- Best Practices & Maintenance: Promote industry best practices related to development, infrastructure, and security across the organization.
- Cross-Functional Contribution: Enhance collaboration across teams focused on AI, ML, and NLP technologies to deliver impactful results.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in software development, or 1 year with an advanced degree.
- Minimum 2 years of experience with AI, data structures, or algorithms.
- Experience in web development, data engineering, data science, or related fields is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages, including Java, Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, PHP, or SQL.
- Interest in Generative AI, distributed systems, and infrastructure services.
