Responsibilities:
- Design AI-first systems and services: Architect and implement Python-based services for ML/AI models, ensuring reliability, scalability, and seamless integration into Huspy’s platform.
- Enable market insights: Build pipelines to process large-scale market data.
- Power recommendations and retrieval engines: Develop systems to recommend the best property matches for customers, including processing and interpreting voice notes.
- Lead qualification and productivity tools: Work on AI-powered lead qualification systems to enhance agent productivity.
- Operationalize ML/AI: Build infrastructure for training, deploying, monitoring, and scaling models in production.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Work with Product, Data, and Engineering teams to align AI solutions with Huspy’s business goals.
Requirements:
- Strong experience coding in Python (backend/data/ML/AI systems).
- Proven track record in AI infrastructure and cloud deployment (AWS/GCP/Azure).
- Experience building production ML/AI systems with frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, Hugging Face).
- Understanding of agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, or equivalents) and orchestration tools.
- Experience with data processing frameworks and pipelines (Airflow, Prefect, Spark, etc.).
- Knowledge of vector databases and retrieval systems (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, FAISS).
- Strong background in system design and architecture for high-scale AI services.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with speech-to-text, NLP, and voice AI for customer interaction.
- Exposure to real estate, fintech, or proptech domains.
- Contributions to open-source AI/ML frameworks.
