Software Engineer - AI Squad

Our mission is to revolutionize the real estate industry by building an all-in-one super app designed to empower agents and mortgage brokers.

We are currently hiring a Software Engineer for our AI Squad. You’ll thrive in this role if you:

• Have experience designing or building event-driven systems
• Are confident working in backend-heavy environments
• Have worked in a monorepo before
• Know your way around AWS and Terraform
• Have hands-on experience with event streaming tools (like Kafka)
• Understand or have worked with microservices architectures
• Have a good understanding of analytics/data pipelines (ETL)
• Have experience in Kotlin, TypeScript, or Python
• Have exposure to AI tools or third-party integrations
• Are curious about AI and want to go deeper into the ecosystem
