Software Engineer, Backend (Typescript / Golang)

About the Job:
The company is the DeFi ecosystem building financial freedom for everyone. Our products help users and builders trade, hold, and track digital assets with comprehensive security and an intuitive user experience. We are creating core infrastructure across the DeFi industry and beyond. We are currently not hiring actively but are interested in building a network of exceptional backend engineers specializing in Typescript or Golang, with solid Web3 experience. Successful candidates will join our Pre-Qualified Talent Network, allowing us to consider you for new positions as they become available.

Your Mission:
We seek engineers with a "Get Stuff Done" mindset and a passion for decentralized innovation. You will be responsible for building, extending, and operating backend services and APIs, improving system scalability and reliability, and collaborating closely across teams to deliver reliable distributed systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build, extend, and operate backend services and APIs.
• Improve system scalability, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience.
• Design and implement integrations with smart-contract platforms and external services.
• Collaborate with product, blockchain, and infrastructure teams.
• Participate in code reviews, testing workflows, and best practices across the development lifecycle.

Who You Are:

• Professional experience in backend systems within production environments.
• Strong proficiency in Golang, Typescript, or another backend programming language.
• Solid understanding of system design and blockchain technologies.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in dynamic environments.
• Experience owning projects end-to-end and contributing to architectural decisions.

Language Requirements:

• Proficiency in English is expected; any specific language requirements are not stated.

Nice to Haves:

• Experience with multiple blockchain ecosystems or performance-sensitive systems.
• Familiarity with observability tooling or protocol debugging systems.
