We are building a network of exceptional backend engineers proficient in Typescript or Golang with solid Web3 experience. This position is not actively open but aims to gather a pool of talent prepared for future opportunities as they arise. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain backend services and APIs for the company's products and internal platforms.
- Enhance scalability, reliability, maintainability, and developer experience across backend systems.
- Design and implement integrations with blockchain platforms and external services.
- Contribute to observability and incident response processes.
- Optimize backend services for performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver dependable distributed systems.
- Participate in code reviews and adhere to engineering best practices.
- At senior levels, take ownership of services and mentor junior engineers.
Who You Are:
- Proven experience in building and operating backend systems in production environments.
- Strong programming skills in Golang, Typescript, or similar backend languages with knowledge of concurrency and performance.
- Understanding of system design principles, including data flows and reliability.
- Familiarity with blockchain platforms and smart contracts.
- Experience with containerized services and modern deployment practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
- At senior levels, experience in project ownership and architectural decision-making.
Nice to Haves:
- Experience with multiple blockchain networks or non-EVM ecosystems.
- Familiarity with observability tools and protocol debugging.
- Background in performance-sensitive systems.
- Experience in fintech, crypto, or other critical domains.
- Exposure to distributed systems and low-latency architectures.
