As a vital member of our team, you will design, develop, and optimize smart contracts and blockchain infrastructure. The ideal candidate is a strong problem-solver who can navigate the rapidly changing crypto market while maintaining high security and quality standards. You will collaborate closely with the CPO, product teams, and fellow engineers to deliver innovative and secure solutions within the DeFi space. Your commitment to decentralization and open-source development will be critical to our success in building a robust and forward-thinking platform.
Responsibilities:
- Design and optimize blockchain product architecture focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
- Lead the development, auditing, and integration of smart contracts within decentralized protocols.
- Conduct technical research and proof-of-concept experiments, implementing best practices in blockchain development.
- Develop and enhance cross-chain interoperability solutions.
- Define and implement effective CI/CD processes for blockchain development.
- Ensure security best practices by analyzing potential attack vectors.
- Mentor developers and enforce best practices in blockchain engineering.
- Monitor emerging blockchain and crypto technologies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of software development experience, with at least 2 years in blockchain engineering.
- In-depth understanding of blockchain ecosystems, smart contracts (Solidity, Yul, EVM), and decentralized applications (dApps).
- Hands-on experience with Ethereum, Layer 2 solutions, and cross-chain protocols.
- Proven technical leadership and experience in mentoring development teams (Senior Level and above).
- Strong background in blockchain security with smart contract auditing experience.
Skills:
- Proficiency in Solidity, Yul, Rust, TypeScript.
- Experience with smart contract development and deployment frameworks (Foundry, Hardhat).
- Understanding of DeFi protocols, AMMs, and oracle integrations.
- Expertise in smart contract auditing methodologies.
