Responsibilities
- Understand corporate service scenarios and deliver end-to-end full-stack features for business systems and AI-native products, taking ownership from implementation and testing through release, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement.
- Build intuitive, high-quality, highly available, and high-performance web applications that simplify complex business workflows and make AI capabilities accessible, understandable, and reliable for users.
- Design, develop, and maintain backend APIs, service logic, data flows, and system integrations using Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python, with attention to maintainability, scalability, performance, and operational stability.
- Contribute to the AI-native transformation of business systems and the engineering implementation of AI Agent capabilities.
- Improve frontend and full-stack infrastructure and developer tooling to increase engineering efficiency, code quality, and system stability.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and engineers across frontend, backend, and AI disciplines to break down complex problems and deliver complete product solutions.
Requirements
Minimum Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Strong foundation in JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3, with hands-on experience using TypeScript and React.
- Hands-on backend project experience using at least one of Node.js, Golang, Java, or Python.
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals, with the ability to design, implement, test, and maintain complete full-stack features.
- Experience with an AI-related project, research project, internship, or independently developed application.
- Proficient written and verbal English communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Internship, academic, open-source, or personal project experience demonstrating end-to-end ownership of a full-stack application.
- Familiarity with frontend technologies and engineering patterns such as Redux, Webpack, or their modern equivalents.
- A proactive and self-motivated mindset, with strong curiosity about turning emerging AI technologies into practical products.
