We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to join our Site Reliability team. This role will involve building scalable infrastructure from scratch, delivering Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) solutions across multi-cloud and on-premise environments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Build infrastructure and processes to enable entry into new markets and scalability.
  • Deliver user-friendly provisioning solutions (IaC) and CI/CD across various environments.
  • Architect multi-cloud regional failover, disaster recovery planning, and self-service BCP for mission-critical reliability.
  • Design and implement bespoke third-party connectivity for diverse integrations.
  • Maintain security-related infrastructure, automate patching, and support regulatory reporting.
  • Implement robust managed services, including Postgres and Redis, across cloud and hybrid environments.

What You'll Need:

  • Hands-on software engineering skills and experience as a backend developer.
  • Proficiency with Linux, Docker, and cloud providers (GCP and AWS).
  • Experience with distributed systems, including scaling and fault-tolerance.
  • Knowledge of continuous delivery systems (e.g., Jenkins, TeamCity).
  • Familiarity with configuration management systems and deployment tools (e.g., Ansible, Terraform).
  • Experience with relational databases (e.g., Postgres, MySQL) and Kubernetes for continuous delivery.
  • Ability to work independently across internal teams and third parties.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with monitoring solutions (e.g., NewRelic, StackDriver, Prometheus).
  • Expertise in hybrid environments using tools like KubeVirt.
