The position is ideal for candidates with a background in Data & Analytics or Endpoint Engineering who can leverage their technical skills and analytical abilities to enhance digital workplace performance. This role focuses on shifting the company IT from reactive support to proactive issue management by identifying friction points, automating processes, and improving communication strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Data & Analytics Engineering:

    • Build and maintain DEX data pipelines using Nexthink, NQL, and Microsoft Intune telemetry.
    • Develop dashboards that transform digital workplace data into actionable insights.
    • Clean, enrich, and validate datasets.
    • Analyze data to identify patterns, anomalies, and automation opportunities.
  • Automation Development:

    • Create and enhance automations using Python and PowerShell.
    • Ensure robust integration with enterprise systems, logging, and error handling.
  • Insight Generation & Storytelling:

    • Translate analytical findings into clear narratives and actionable recommendations.
    • Analyze campaign results to measure effectiveness and employee response.
  • Collaboration & Continuous Improvement:

    • Work closely with digital workplace teams to meet business needs.
    • Monitor experience metrics to proactively address issues.

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience in Data Analytics, Data Engineering, or related fields.
  • Proficiency in Python and/or PowerShell.
  • Experience in building reporting solutions, data pipelines, and analyzing complex datasets.
  • Exposure to Digital Workplace technologies (e.g., Intune, Nexthink) is preferred.

  • Strong communicator, capable of working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
