Software Engineer - Emirati Talent

We are looking for a motivated and proactive Software Engineer - Emirati Talent with around two years of professional experience to join our team. The ideal candidate is an Emirati software engineer who takes ownership of their work, enjoys solving challenging technical problems, and is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative environment.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable web applications and backend services.
• Take ownership of assigned features from design through deployment and support.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve production issues efficiently.
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of development practices.
• Ensure applications are secure, performant, and reliable.

Qualifications
Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering.
• Relevant technical experience in software development, cloud, DevOps, or related areas.

Experience

• Around two years of professional software development experience.
• Experience across the software development lifecycle, production support, RESTful APIs, microservices, CI/CD, or cloud platforms.

Skills & Abilities

• Python and Flask; Java and Spring Boot; PostgreSQL; basic React.js; Docker or
• ClickUp, RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud platforms.

Work Conditions

• Compliance with policies and procedures based on the ISO standards adopted by CNS.
