As part of our commitment to continuing growth, we are looking for a talented Frontend Engineer to join our Technology team. This team builds the systems and experiences that keep Revolut moving, enhancing the innovative app that millions rely on globally.
In this role, you will work on Revolut People, our platform designed for optimizing people management. This role will involve redefining traditional HR processes and supporting businesses in developing high-performance cultures.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Collaborating closely with product designers on new feature design and prototyping.
- Engaging in the user experience design process, from wireframes to implementation and release.
- Working with designers to define and implement elegant solutions.
- Maintaining visual guidelines to ensure app consistency.
- Prototyping user interactions based on feedback.
What You'll Need:
- A deep understanding of modern Javascript (ESNext), Typescript, and browser APIs.
- Proficiency with ReactJS and its ecosystem, Styled components, and Webpack.
- Understanding of software development principles and code quality techniques.
- Experience collaborating on software projects, including design and backend.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
- Fluency in English is essential.
Nice to Have:
- A GitHub account with relevant projects.
- Strong debugging skills.
- Experience with responsive mobile-first websites.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms.
