Key Responsibilities:
- Feature Implementation: Design and implement reliable, scalable services for real-time fleet operations, delivering well-tested features from the database to the user interface.
- Data Integration: Build and maintain ingestion and visualization pipelines for high-frequency data streams, ensuring accurate telemetry representation in the UI.
- Operational Support: Enhance platform security and observability, monitor system performance, and participate in incident response and resolution.
- Collaborative Development: Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and documentation, contributing to both personal and team growth.
- Execution Excellence: Translate technical requirements into functional software, focusing on pragmatism while navigating existing codebases.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years in professional software development with a history of delivering features from concept to production in a SaaS startup environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of at least one modern programming language (e.g., TypeScript, Java, or Python), with a solid understanding of asynchronous programming and RESTful API design.
- Feature Ownership: Experience building and maintaining complex web applications using React, focusing on writing clean, testable, and reusable code.
- Data & Tools: Competency in SQL and experience with real-time data streams (e.g., WebSockets, MQTT). Comfort in Dockerized environments and GitLab for CI/CD is preferred.
- Security & Quality: A commitment to software quality and security best practices, ensuring robustness and performance before production release.
