As a Graduate Trainee, you will participate in a structured development program that introduces you to key areas such as artificial intelligence (AI), data science & research, software engineering & development, project management & business analysis, consulting & digital transformation, and customer experience & design thinking.

We welcome applications from recent graduates who hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Business, or a related field. Ideal candidates will demonstrate a strong passion for technology and innovation, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in collaborative environments while contributing to the UAE’s vision for a knowledge-based economy. Fluency in both English and Arabic is required, along with a readiness for immediate joining.

You will gain hands-on experience in emerging technologies and methodologies, exposure to AI, data platforms, cloud, and agile delivery models, and career development through certifications and training.
