The Maneuver Dominance team focuses on operationally relevant, multi-asset autonomy, making autonomous systems work effectively together. As part of this rapidly growing team, you will solve challenges related to application development, systems programming, networking, and autonomy, ensuring seamless integration of the company's products to achieve critical mission outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Own mission software and services deployed to customers.
- Write code to enhance products and expand mission capabilities.
- Collaborate across multiple teams for complex functionality development.
- Create and analyze metrics for debugging and monitoring.
- Triage issues and coordinate next steps.
- Partner with end-users to translate needs into features.
- Travel up to 25% to build, test, and deploy capabilities in real-world environments.
Core Requirements:
- Strong engineering background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or Physics.
- Professional experience with programming languages such as C++, Rust, Go, Python, or JavaScript.
- Experience in developing software solutions with significant data processing and analysis.
- Ability to understand and navigate complex systems and established code bases.
- Willingness to work on critical software with real-world impact.
- Must be eligible to obtain a UAE security clearance.
Preferred Requirements:
- Strong focus in Physics, Mathematics, and/or Motion Planning for modeling & simulation.
- Experience in developing and testing multi-agent autonomous systems.
- Familiarity with behavior trees for feature and algorithm development.
- Experience with distributed communication networks and message standards.
