Responsibilities
As a Graduate Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience and training in various technical areas, including but not limited to the following:

Spring Boot
- Training on Java and Spring Boot technologies.
- Learning SOLID principles, Event Driven Architecture, MongoDB, Spring Cloud, Hibernate, and increasing your passion for coding.
- Obtaining hands-on experience with cloud design patterns and their implementation.
- Understanding CI/CD principles.
- Solving and troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
- Ensuring distributed services resiliency and monitoring in a production environment.
- Gaining exposure to API gateway integrations such as 3Scale and Kong.

Node.js
- Developing scalable and highly-available RESTful APIs using Node.js technologies.
- Understanding CI/CD principles.
- Solving and troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
- Learning about containerization and gaining experience in Docker and Kubernetes.
- Gaining practical experience with GraphQL.
- Obtaining exposure to API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
- Understanding Single-Sign-On or token-based authentication (REST, JWT, OAuth).
- Gaining knowledge of task/message queues including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.

Full Stack (React JS & Node JS)
- Developing scalable and highly available RESTful APIs using Node.js technologies.
- Understanding CI/CD principles.
- Solving and troubleshooting issues in a distributed services ecosystem.
- Gaining knowledge about containerization and experience with Docker and Kubernetes.
- Learning about API gateway integrations like 3Scale.
- Understanding Single-Sign-On or token-based authentication (REST, JWT, OAuth).
- Engaging with task/message queues including AWS, Microsoft Azure, Pushpin, and Kafka.
- Gaining practical experience with GraphQL.
- Writing tested, idiomatic, and documented JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Developing responsive web-based user interfaces.
- Writing non-blocking code and utilizing advanced techniques.
- Training on JavaScript, including DOM manipulation and the JavaScript object model.
- Documenting code inline using JSDoc or other conventions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a closely related discipline (completed or in progress).
- Foundational certification or demonstrable learning in a relevant programming language, cloud platform, or secure software development is advantageous.
- Looking for fresh graduates in Computer Science who are passionate about transforming the banking industry with innovative ideas.
