Key Responsibilities:

Software Development:
- Learn and apply software development standards, tools, and best practices.
- Read, understand, and modify existing codebases under supervision.
- Assist in implementing simple features, fixes, and enhancements.
- Write clean, readable code adhering to object-oriented programming principles.
- Perform unit testing and basic manual testing to validate functionality.
- Document code changes clearly for maintainability.
- Assist in debugging and resolving basic issues with guidance.
- Participate in code reviews as a learner.

Collaboration & Learning:
- Work closely with senior engineers to learn system design and engineering workflows.
- Collaborate with the Product Team to understand basic requirements.
- Seek feedback and demonstrate eagerness to improve.
- Participate in discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and mentoring.

Governance and Quality:
- Follow established engineering policies, procedures, and processes.
- Adhere to coding standards and security practices.
- Contribute ideas for improving development practices.

Daily Operations:
- Support daily engineering activities for continuity of work.
- Complete assigned tasks on time with a focus on quality.
- Communicate progress and blockers clearly to the reporting manager.
- Maintain a positive and professional approach.
Qualifications:
- Fresh graduate to 4 years of relevant experience (including internships and projects).
- Strong interest in software engineering and real-world product development.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field required.
- Graduation from a UAE-based university is strongly preferred.
