Software Engineer

As a Software Engineer at Vertiv, you will be responsible for all aspects of the design, development, and implementation of software and database solutions. Key responsibilities include:

• Conceptualizing and designing software and database solutions in collaboration with the team.
• Managing processes and executing projects effectively.
• Providing leadership and guidance to motivate and develop team members.
• Supporting and maintaining software and database systems to meet business needs and delivery specifications.
• Coordinating day-to-day activities to ensure timely delivery of projects.

You will develop and implement solutions that involve:

• Prototyping concepts and developing standards.
• Designing and developing test plans, coding, module design, and testing.
• Debugging data solutions and overseeing the implementation of these solutions.

Adherence to health, safety, and environmental policies is critical, including conducting regular toolbox talks on occupational health and safety issues.
