Role Summary:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to identify customer/business needs and drive desired outcomes.
- Design, write, and release software solutions to end-to-end problems in your business domain, delivering value in small batches.
- Understand the scalability and complexity of services, owning and innovating the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support the optimization of team practices to develop a self-organized, continuously improving unit.
Key Qualifications:
- Empathetic with strong relationship-building skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Humble, curious, and open-minded with a growth mindset.
- Understanding of lean/agile values and principles, with related practices.
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, ideally in an Extreme Programming environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring) with a focus on .NET, Golang, and C#.
- Experience in automated quality testing and distributed systems architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, RESTful Services).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Proficiency in Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery.
Work Conditions:
- Full-time position.
- On-site work in Dubai.
