As a Software Engineer II - Backend, you will collaborate with your cross-functional team (engineering, product, data) to discover customer and business needs. Your responsibilities will include designing, writing, and releasing software solutions, understanding the scalability and complexity of services, and supporting the optimization of team practices to develop a self-organized, continuously improving unit. This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership of specific areas, exploring alternative ways of working that focus on co-creation and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferably within an Extreme Programming environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Continuous Refactoring) utilizing .NET, Golang, and C#.
- Experience with automated end-to-end quality testing.
- Knowledge of Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, RESTful Services).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases.
- Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Understanding of lean/agile values and principles.
Language Requirements:
Good verbal and written communication skills are essential.
