Role Summary: - Participate in continuous discovery of customer and business needs alongside cross-functional teams (engineering, product, data) to drive desired outcomes. - Design, write, and release software to solve end-to-end problems within your business domain, delivering value in small batches. - Understand and innovate the scalability and complexity of services, owning the entire Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). - Support the optimization of team practices to foster a self-organized, continuously improving unit. - Critically evaluate and simplify organizational systems, processes, and solutions.
Qualifications: - Empathetic with excellent relationship-building skills. - Good verbal and written communication abilities. - Humble, curious, open-minded with a growth mindset, thriving on continuous feedback. - Understanding of lean/agile values, principles, and associated practices. - 3+ years of software engineering experience, preferable in an Extreme Programming environment (TDD, Pair Programming, Simple Design, and Continuous Refactoring) with predominant languages including .NET, Golang, and C#. - Experience in automated testing, focusing on end-to-end quality. - Familiarity with distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, and RESTful Services). - Experience working with relational and non-relational databases. - Exposure to cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure). - Proficient in building, maintaining, and improving with Trunk Based Development and Continuous Delivery. This role emphasizes end-to-end ownership and a desire to understand user pain points and needs, encouraging alternative working methods that prioritize co-creation and continuous improvement.
