We are seeking a highly talented Software Engineer II - Backend to join our growing team in Riyadh. This position offers an opportunity to gain hands-on experience and create a direct impact. The ideal candidate will collaborate with the Product Team to understand product requirements and provide technical expertise, aiding in the analysis, design, testing, and structuring of solutions to deliver high-quality software based on business needs.
Responsibilities:

Software Development:
- Stay updated on the latest software development methodologies to provide best-in-class solutions.
- Analyze product requirements to understand engineering needs and provide required solutions in collaboration with the Product Team.
- Assist in building development components to transform requirements into actual working software.
- Document all coding steps for future modifications and maintenance.
- Investigate and resolve issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with colleagues for code reviews and deliver reports accordingly.
- Perform functional and module testing to ensure solution functionality.
- Assist in user trials and acceptance testing.

Governance and Resilience:
- Follow relevant policies and procedures for controlled daily work.
- Contribute to identifying opportunities for improvement in processes and productivity.
- Promote adherence to policies and procedures within the organization.

Daily Operations:
- Follow daily operations to ensure continuity.
- Contribute to preparing accurate reports to meet work objectives and standards.
- Ensure internal and external customer satisfaction by addressing needs promptly.
Qualifications:
- 4-5 years of experience in backend development using GoLang, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Java, or Python.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field is required; a Master’s degree is preferred.
- Knowledge of software architecture, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
