We are looking for a highly talented Software Engineer II - Backend to join our growing team in Riyadh. This position is ideal for those eager to gain hands-on experience and create a direct impact. The successful candidate will collaborate with the Product Team to understand product requirements and provide technical expertise, assisting in analyzing, designing, testing, and structuring solutions to deliver high-quality software based on business needs and standards.
Key Responsibilities:

Software Development
- Stay updated on software development methodologies to deliver best-in-class solutions.
- Analyze product requirements to understand engineering needs, estimate efforts, and collaborate with the Product Team to provide solutions.
- Build development components to transform requirements into functional software.
- Document coding steps for comprehensibility and future modifications.
- Investigate and resolve issues and bugs.
- Collaborate with colleagues for code reviews and deliver timely reports.
- Perform functional and module testing to ensure solution functionality.
- Assist in user trials and acceptance testing.

- Adhere to relevant policies and procedures for controlled daily work.
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes and productivity.

Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of experience in backend development using GoLang, Ruby on Rails (RoR), Java, or Python.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is required; Master’s degree is preferred.
- Knowledge and understanding of software architecture, including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), microservices, Kubernetes, and containerization.
