Software Engineer II - McKinsey Digital

As a Software Engineer with the company, you will collaborate with clients across various sectors, advising them on leveraging technology to drive transformation. Your responsibilities will include architectural design, key technology decisions, and employing agile methodologies to develop the next generation of products at scale. You will help clients build their technical capabilities while fostering a culture centered on engineering best practices, user-centricity, and Agile values.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team that integrates the company’s digital capabilities to assist clients in using digital technology effectively. In your role, you will engage with cutting-edge technologies including JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Angular.js, Next.js, Vue.js, Python, Java, C#, NodeJS, SQL, MongoDB, AWS, Azure, GCP, and more.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Undergraduate or master’s degree; or equivalent experience
• 5+ years in software development, especially in full-stack web application development
• Hands-on experience with technologies such as JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, Vue, Java, C#, .NET, Node.js, SQL, and cloud platforms
• Experience leading Agile teams and fostering Agile practices
• Ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
