Software Engineer- Integrations job in Dubai

Position

GAC is seeking a skilled Software Engineer specializing in integrations to join the team. Responsibilities include developing and maintaining integrations using .NET 8, REST APIs, and databases, providing support for production running applications, collaborating with internal and external teams, resolving production issues, and applying Agile methodologies.

Job requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
Minimum of 2-3 years of software development experience
Proficiency in .NET 8, C#, REST APIs, and database management
Intermediate proficiency in SQL queries
Experience supporting round-the-clock operations for production applications
Familiarity with Kubernetes or AKS
Basic knowledge of the Azure portal
Understanding of Unit Testing or TDD principles
Strong problem-solving skills
Excellent communication skills
Experience with RabbitMQ is advantageous
Interest in AI-related automation is a plus
Proficiency in React and NodeJS is advantageous
Familiarity with NoSQL databases like Cosmos DB or MongoDB is a plus
Basic knowledge of ETL processes is advantageous
