Software Engineer (Java) - Credit

Our Technology team is among the best in the industry, focused on building world-class financial features rather than fixing legacy systems. We are currently seeking a Backend Engineer who is ready to transform the global financial landscape. The role involves building a new financial backend and innovative applications, emphasizing maintainability and rapid development through TDD, DDD, and Continuous Integration & Delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Building mobile APIs
• Developing microservices to evolve our architecture
• Perfecting systems like risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing
• Focusing on greenfield development and enhancing existing systems

What You'll Need:

• Fluency with Java
• 6+ years of experience in backend development
• A bachelor's degree (or higher) in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a similar field
• An eagerness to learn with a results-driven attitude
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kotlin or Scala
• Experience in finance
• Background in a start-up or scale-up environment
• Experience in a product-focused environment
