Software Engineer (Java) - Credit

We are seeking a Backend Engineer with a focus on building and enhancing our technological infrastructure. This role supports relocation to Poland, Spain, or the UAE, with comprehensive assistance from the company throughout the relocation process. Responsibilities include building mobile APIs, developing microservices to optimize our architecture, perfecting critical systems for risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing, and engaging in greenfield development and enhancing existing systems.

Location: Relocation to Poland, Spain, or UAE (Remote)
Work Conditions: Full-time, with options for remote or hybrid work in Krakow, Barcelona, Madrid, or Dubai.

What You'll Need:

• Fluency with Java
• 6+ years of experience in backend development
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
• A quick learner with an ambitious, results-driven mindset
• Strong teamwork capabilities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Fluency in English

Nice to Have:

• Experience with Kotlin or Scala
• Background in finance
• Experience in a startup or scale-up
• Experience in a product-focused environment
