As part of our Technology team, you will be instrumental in building the systems and experiences that drive our innovation. We're seeking Mid and Senior Backend Engineers through our expedited One-Day Offer hiring process. Following a screening, you will participate in a technical interview on April 17, with potential offers extending by the next day.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Building mobile APIs
- Developing microservices to advance our architecture
- Enhancing critical systems related to risk management, fraud detection, and payment processing
- Focusing on both greenfield development and improvements to existing systems
What You'll Need:
- Fluency with Java
- 5+ years of experience in backend development
- A results-driven mindset with a quick learning ability
- Team player skills, especially in fast-paced environments
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Fluency in English
Nice to Have:
- A bachelor's degree in computer science, mathematics, physics, or a related field
- Proficiency in Kotlin or Scala
- Experience in finance or a startup/scale-up environment
- Background in product-focused development
