Responsibilities
- Participate in the continuous discovery of customer and business needs, desires, and problems to drive desired outcomes.
- Design, write, and release software as a solution to end-to-end problems in your business domain, delivering value in small batches in line with engineering standards.

Qualifications
- Empathetic and able to easily build relationships with other engineers.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Humble, curious, and open-minded with a growth mindset, thriving on continuous feedback.
- Proficient knowledge of foundational software engineering concepts with some software development experience, preferably in .NET, Golang, or C#.
- Familiarity with testing, focusing on automated end-to-end quality.
- Basic understanding of Distributed Systems Architecture (Microservices, Event-Driven, and RESTful Services).
- Familiarity with relational and non-relational databases and cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Preferred: Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
